Banco del Vino - Best Neapolitan Pizza and Bresaola in Bologna
Während unseres Heimaturlaubs in Bayern, verbrachten mein lieber Mann und ich ein paar Tage außerhalb unserer Heimat, nämlich in Bologna, Italien. Freunde und Bekannte, die mich gut und lange kennen, wissen, dass ich ein großer Fan von Italien bin. Umso mehr freute ich mich, endlich nach Bologna reisen zu dürfen. Natürlich musste auch in Bologna eine echte Neapolitan Pizza gegessen werden, die ich Euch mit großer Begeisterung weiter empfehlen kann. Das Banco del Vino (klickt hier) ist ein modern eingerichtetes Restaurant, mit einem großen Pizzaholzofen, einem simple modern einladenden Mobiliar und einer ebenso schönen, geradlinigen Terrasse. Wir bestellten eine Pizza und eine Portion Bresaola mit Parmesan und Pizzabrot (Bresaola war eine Empfehlung einer lieben Freundin:). Es war alles super lecker und ich habe bemerkt, wie sehr ich die italienische Essens- und Trinkkultur vermisst habe. Der Service war sehr nett, sympathisch und aufmerksam. Daumen nach oben für das Banco del Vino!
During our vacation at our home in Bavaria, my dear husband and I spent some days outside of Bavaria, in Bologna, Italy. My friends know, that I am a big Italy lover. I was very excited to go to Bologna. Of course, I had to eat the real Italian Neapolitan Pizza, which I have to recommend with my big enthusiasm. The Banco del Vino (klick here) is a modern restaurant, with a big pizza wood fired oven, a modern pur interior, and a beautiful patio. We ordered a Pizza and a portion of Bresaola with Parmesan and Pizzabread (Bresaola was a recommendation from a dear friend:). Everything was very delicious, and I found out, that I missed the Italian food culture. The service was very friendly, sympathetic and attentively. Thumb up for the Banco del Vino!
