Making a cruise was a great experience for someone who wants to visit different places within a short time.
Eine Kreuzfahrt zu machen war eine tolle Erfahrung fuer jemanden der es mag, unterschiedliche Orte innerhalb kurzer Zeit zu besuchen.
It was definitively not my last cruise. The caribbean was a trip worth.

Romantic sunsets, beautiful clouds, clear and warm sea, fishing boats, very poor local people, very delicious dine and drink - that describes our cruise in the west caribbean in fall 2014.

In the USA it is popular to do a cruise. The ship offered nearly everything, like theatre, restaurants, bars, spa, sport facilities, pool, disco, something for everyone.
In den USA ist es beliebt, eine Kreuzfahrt zu machen. Das Schiff bietet fast alles, wie Theater, tolle Restaurants, Bars, Spa, Sporteinrichtungen, Pool, Disco, fuer jeden Geschmack etwas.
I liked the trips to the country very much because I wanted to see also the local things and people beside the luxury on the ship.
Ich mochte die Ausfluege aufs Land sehr gerne, weil ich neben dem Luxus auf dem Schiff auch Land und Leute sehen wollte.
Though I was surprised about the differences in the cities. The area around the ports was noble with some pricy jewelry shops and new restaurants and good streets. However round the corner I saw the "real" life with very poor people, bad streets with potholes, and lean animals who had to eat trash.
Doch war ich ueberrascht ueber die Unterschiede in den Staedten. Die Gegend um den Hafen war nobel mit teuren Schmuckgeschaeften, neuen Restaurants und guten Strassen. Hingegen um die Ecke lernte man dann das "richtige" Leben kennen mit armen Menschen, schlechten Strassen mit Schlagloechern und duerren Tieren, die aus Muelleimern frasen.
That was the other side from the vacation on a ship, where there were food and drinks, very plentiful at every day- and night time.
Das war die andere Seite vom Urlaub auf dem Schiff, auf dem es Essen und Trinken gab, sehr reichlich und zu wirklich jeder Tageszeit, auch nachts.
I liked to watch the sea and the country at different times, at sunrise and sunset.
Ich mochte es, das Meer und das Land anzuschauen, zu unterschiedlichen Zeiten, bei Sonnenauf- und Sonnenuntergang.
