The interior is clear and simple arranged, not overloaded. There are some comfortable seats under big parasols outside.
I loved the Swedish breakfast with salmon, trout, egg and delicious bread. They offer also delicious cake and lunch (which I did not order this time).
Ich mochte das Schwedische Fruehstueck mit Lachs, Forelle, Ei und koestlichem Brot sehr. Es gibt auch sehr guten Kuchen und Lunch (was ich dieses Mal leider nicht mehr geschafft habe zu versuchen).

I just came back from my vacation in Germany and want to tell you about my favorite brunch in Nuremberg, Bavaria. The Cafe Mainheim is located in the district Gostenhof. It has been opened in 2013. The district is lovingly called "Goho", and it is a scene area far away from the mainstream, but still an insiders' tipp. Some different shops are located there, from Vintage to Designers to a cycle repair shop.
Ich bin gerade zurueck von meinem Urlaub in Deutschland und moechte Euch von einem tollen Brunch in einem Cafe in Nuernberg erzaehlen. Das Cafe Mainheim liegt im Stadtteil Gostenhof und wurde 2013 eroeffnet. "Goho", wie es liebevoll genannt wird, ist ein Szeneviertel, fernab des Mainstreams, aber immer noch ein Geheimtip. Vom Vintageladen zum Designershop zur Fahrradreparaturwerkstatt sind hier unterschiedliche Shops vertreten.
The owners have made a successfully great coffeeshop in a relaxed atmosphere. They stand for the culinarily single product.

Die Einrichtung ist klar und uebersichtlich, einfach und nicht ueberladen. Draussen gibt es bequeme Sitzmoeglichkeiten unter grossen Schirmen.
